GO FIT Hour (Faith in Training) with fitness instructor, Dawn Cole, features 30 minutes of Worshipcise (Worship-exercise), a Testimony, Health Tips and a 3-5 minute FIT Challenge. Keep Fit, keep the faith! The event is FREE to all.
